Passages from The Beautiful and Damned
So since I recently finished this book I thought I would share with you guys some of my favorite beautifully written passages.
The premise of the book: The book follows the relationship and demise of the two main characters- Gloria and Anthony in the roaring 1920s. It’s broken up into three main parts. The first part- their courtship. The second part- their first few years of marriage. The third part- their life when they are in their late twenties.
Context: Anthony starts questioning his life that is fully of parties
